About this programme
The Inclusion Fund is a TEDCO (Maryland Technology Development Corporation) equity program built to address the gap between pre-seed and seed funding for early-stage Maryland technology businesses, targeting underserved entrepreneurs and companies facing economic barriers to traditional financing.
Who can apply
The company must have at least one full-time employee.
The founder, officers, or managers must agree to receive executive support from TEDCO.
At least 30% ownership of the company must be held by one or more individuals who have demonstrated social and economic disadvantage.
The company must remain controlled and managed by one or more individuals who have demonstrated social and economic disadvantage for at least one year after the investment.
