About this programme

The Nebraska Seed and Development Fund (NSDF) is a direct equity capital investment program funded through the federal State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI), which Nebraska received under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. The Nebraska Department of Economic Development partners with approved venture capital funds to make equity investments in Nebraska small businesses, with placement managed by Invest Nebraska Corporation.
