About this programme
Drive is an accelerator for emerging life sciences companies, run jointly by SCbio, South Carolina's life sciences association, and MassBio, its Massachusetts counterpart. The program aims to advance breakthrough science and give founders across the life sciences ecosystem access to a shared network spanning both states.
Drive is free to all participants and does not take any equity, and it runs twice a year as an 8-week hybrid cohort.
How it works
The 8-week hybrid program includes six industry-specific curriculum modules led by subject matter experts, weekly mentoring sessions with mentor teams matched to each company, and networking with the broader life sciences ecosystem.
The program closes with in-person Demo Days in both Charleston and Boston.
Participants receive equity-free prizes from Premier Sponsors, with the specific prizes varying by region between the SCbio and MassBio sides of the program.
