About this programme

InFlight is a 12-week accelerator run by the Nashville Entrepreneur Center for founders generating $100,000 to $1 million in revenue who are struggling with operational management. It is built for founders who already have product-market fit and now need systems, financial clarity, and team structure to make growth predictable, rather than founders still validating go-to-market.

The program is not aimed at early-stage go-to-market validation (that is covered by the EC's TakeOff accelerator) or at healthcare-focused businesses (referred to Project Healthcare instead).

How it works

InFlight runs 12 weeks, meeting Tuesdays from 1 to 4pm at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center (41 Peabody St., Nashville), with a weekly time commitment of about 5 hours including the Tuesday session, optional office hours, and Friday webinars.

The curriculum covers financial modeling and business economics, pricing and value creation strategy, customer acquisition and revenue systems, business process design, organizational design and team growth, and founder leadership and strategic planning.

Participants get access to more than 200 volunteer advisors, weekly entrepreneur-in-residence office hours, EC membership and workspace access, and an alumni community, plus eligibility for investor meetings and impact grants.

The program ends in December with three capstone events: Community Connection Day (curated introductions to customers and partners), The Investor Rounds (curated 30-minute one-on-ones with vetted investors), and Nashville Entrepreneur Day, where founders get an expo booth and can pitch for $20,000 in non-dilutive Impact Grants.

The program costs $1,000 flat or $250 a month for four months. No equity is taken; founders retain full ownership.

Who can apply
