Small Business Assistance Corporation (SBAC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit lender serving Southeast Georgia and South Carolina's Low Country, offering loans and technical assistance to new and existing businesses.
How it works
Microloans run $1,000 to $50,000, through the SBA Microloan, Credit Building, and Small Steps programs.
Small Business Loans above $50,000 are available through SSBCI 2.0, SBA Community Advantage (7A), SBAC Direct, Small Business Contract/Invoice, and the CAP Fund.
Commercial Real Estate Loans go up to $5.5 million through SBA 504 financing.
Rural Loans go up to $150,000 through USDA and RMAP programs for businesses in rural areas.
City of Savannah Loans go up to $150,000 through the Business Loan, Guaranty, Credit Builder, and Small Steps programs.

The business must be new or existing and located in southeast Georgia or the South Carolina Low Country. Some products (Rural Loans, City of Savannah Loans) are limited to specific sub-areas within that footprint.
