The other Utah deadline funders will ask about
Most programmes above ask for financials and a company in good standing. In Utah that means the Annual Report (renewal) — Due during the calendar month of the LLC's anniversary — the month the Certificate of Organization became effective, or for a foreign LLC the month it registered (Utah Code 48-3a-212, slated for repeal 10/1/2026 and moving to Utah Code 16-1a-212).
This page exists because Utah has at least 2 verified programmes of its own. See every state, or tell us about a Utah programme we are missing via the contact page.
Funders read the books before the pitch
Every programme on this page asks for financials in a particular shape. We keep Utah books in that shape year-round, so applying is an export rather than a rebuild.
