The other Washington deadline funders will ask about

Most programmes above ask for financials and a company in good standing. In Washington that means the Annual Report — Due by the last day of the entity's anniversary month of formation or registration — that's the annual renewal expiration date. May be filed up to 180 days early. Statutory basis: RCW 23.95.255. SOS sends notice 30-90 days before expiration; failure to file leads to administrative dissolution under RCW 23.95.605/.610.

Funders read the books before the pitch

Every programme on this page asks for financials in a particular shape. We keep Washington books in that shape year-round, so applying is an export rather than a rebuild.
