Company formation for US businesses

The entity done right from day one — filings prepared and coordinated, licensed advice where the law wants it.

What we cover

One page per intent — search the one that matches, or start with the fit call.

LLC formationArticles of Organization, EIN and the operating-agreement baseline — the default US vehicle, prepared end to end.
C-Corp / Delaware incorporationCertificate of Incorporation, registered-agent setup and EIN — the fundraising-ready entity, filing layer prepared by us.
US subsidiary of an Indian companyThe US entity half done properly: C-Corp or LLC with the Indian parent as owner, registered agent, and the EIN by the fax path that actually works without an SSN.
DBA / trade name registrationFictitious business name search, filing and publication-notice prep — the trade name registered, with what it is and is not stated plainly.
Nonprofit corporation formationState nonprofit incorporation with IRS-compliant purpose and dissolution language, built so the later 501(c)(3) step does not have to undo it.

How the work runs

A named person on our team owns your file; software carries the transaction-level grinding underneath their review. We work inside the system you already use — never a platform of our own that your data has to move through.

  • QuickBooks
  • Xero
  • NetSuite
  • Sage
  • Zoho Books
  • Bill.com
  • Gusto
  • Dext

Where this stops, and who picks it up

We are a consulting firm — licensed work runs through partner CPA firms. Here is the licence line in the United States, stated before you buy anything — each of these is carried out by your CPA or enrolled agent:

Stays with your CPA or enrolled agent

  • Issue compilation, review or audit reports — those are restricted to licensed CPA firms.
  • Prepare or file federal or state tax returns.
  • Represent you before the IRS, or respond to notices on your behalf.
  • Determine sales-tax nexus, or worker classification.
  • Advise on which entity to form, or draft formation documents — that is legal work.

Questions worth asking before you start

Will you deal with the Internal Revenue Service on my behalf?

No. We are a consulting firm — licensed work runs through partner CPA firms. Anything that means dealing directly with IRS — filing, correspondence, representation — stays with your CPA or enrolled agent. What changes is how much work it is for them: they open a file that is already reconciled and coded, not one they have to rebuild first.

Who actually does the work — a person or an AI tool?

A named person on our team owns your file and reviews everything that leaves it. Software does a real share of the grinding underneath it — coding, matching, flagging the obvious gaps — but nothing regulated happens without a person’s judgement, and nothing here is signed or filed by an algorithm.

Do you only work with the industries listed here?

These are the sectors where the vocabulary and the pitfalls are specific enough to justify their own page — deferred revenue for SaaS, WIP for professional services, job costing for construction. Outside these, the same bookkeeping and reporting services still apply.

We are a mix of a couple of these — can you still help?

Yes. Most businesses do not sit in exactly one bucket. Tell us the mix on the fit call and we build the chart of accounts and reporting around what you actually do, not the closest label.
