Tax filings for US businesses

Returns prepared from reconciled books — signed, advised on and filed by the licensed professional each country requires.

What we cover

One page per intent — search the one that matches, or start with the fit call.

Form 1040 preparationThe individual return built from organised records — prepared with the partner CPA firm that reviews, signs and files.
Schedule C & self-employment taxesThe proprietor’s return done properly — Schedule C, SE tax and the quarterly estimates that stop April from hurting.
Form 1065 & K-1 preparationThe partnership return and every partner’s K-1, from books that already tie.
Form 1120 preparationThe C-corp return plus state returns, built on a closed year-end file.
Form 1120-S preparationThe S-corp return, shareholder K-1s and the reasonable-compensation file that supports it.
Form 990 preparationThe nonprofit’s public return — functional expense allocation done right, because the 990 is read by donors, not just the IRS.
Amended returns (1040-X / 1120-X)Fixing a filed year properly — the amendment file built so the correction is defensible, not just different.
IRS notice response supportThe CP2000 or letter answered with a reconciliation and evidence — representation itself is licensed work, and we build the file behind it.
Payments to foreign personsW-8 collection, Chapter 3 withholding and the 1042/1042-S cycle — the cross-border payment file kept consistent.
Quarterly estimated taxesThe four payment dates hit with numbers computed from live books instead of last year’s guess.

How the work runs

A named person on our team owns your file; software carries the transaction-level grinding underneath their review. We work inside the system you already use — never a platform of our own that your data has to move through.

  • QuickBooks
  • Xero
  • NetSuite
  • Sage
  • Zoho Books
  • Bill.com
  • Gusto
  • Dext

Where this stops, and who picks it up

We are a consulting firm — licensed work runs through partner CPA firms. Here is the licence line in the United States, stated before you buy anything — each of these is carried out by your CPA or enrolled agent:

Stays with your CPA or enrolled agent

  • Issue compilation, review or audit reports — those are restricted to licensed CPA firms.
  • Prepare or file federal or state tax returns.
  • Represent you before the IRS, or respond to notices on your behalf.
  • Determine sales-tax nexus, or worker classification.
  • Advise on which entity to form, or draft formation documents — that is legal work.

Questions worth asking before you start

Will you deal with the Internal Revenue Service on my behalf?

No. We are a consulting firm — licensed work runs through partner CPA firms. Anything that means dealing directly with IRS — filing, correspondence, representation — stays with your CPA or enrolled agent. What changes is how much work it is for them: they open a file that is already reconciled and coded, not one they have to rebuild first.

Who actually does the work — a person or an AI tool?

A named person on our team owns your file and reviews everything that leaves it. Software does a real share of the grinding underneath it — coding, matching, flagging the obvious gaps — but nothing regulated happens without a person’s judgement, and nothing here is signed or filed by an algorithm.

Do you only work with the industries listed here?

These are the sectors where the vocabulary and the pitfalls are specific enough to justify their own page — deferred revenue for SaaS, WIP for professional services, job costing for construction. Outside these, the same bookkeeping and reporting services still apply.

We are a mix of a couple of these — can you still help?

Yes. Most businesses do not sit in exactly one bucket. Tell us the mix on the fit call and we build the chart of accounts and reporting around what you actually do, not the closest label.
