The other Virginia deadline funders will ask about
Most programmes above ask for financials and a company in good standing. In Virginia that means the Annual Registration Fee (fee-only assessment; no annual report content is filed with it) — Due by the last day of the twelfth month after the month the LLC was organized or registered to transact business, and by that date every year after (Va. Code § 13.1-1062).
This page exists because Virginia has at least 2 verified programmes of its own. See every state, or tell us about a Virginia programme we are missing via the contact page.
Funders read the books before the pitch
Every programme on this page asks for financials in a particular shape. We keep Virginia books in that shape year-round, so applying is an export rather than a rebuild.
