Most programmes above ask for financials and a company in good standing. In Georgia that means the Annual Registration — Annual registration is due between January 1 and April 1 each year. A new LLC's first registration is due in that window the year after formation. Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 590-7-22-.02 and 590-7-22-.03; statutory basis O.C.G.A. 14-11-1103.
