The other Wyoming deadline funders will ask about
Most programmes above ask for financials and a company in good standing. In Wyoming that means the Annual Report (license tax) — Due 1st of the LLC's organization-anniversary month each year (e.g., organized May 15, due May 1 every year after). May be filed up to 120 days early. The entity becomes delinquent on the second day of the month after the due date. W.S. 17-29-209.
This page exists because Wyoming has at least 2 verified programmes of its own. See every state, or tell us about a Wyoming programme we are missing via the contact page.
Funders read the books before the pitch
Every programme on this page asks for financials in a particular shape. We keep Wyoming books in that shape year-round, so applying is an export rather than a rebuild.
